We're partial to a bit of retro as much as we are forward-thinking pop here, but Canadian outfit, K.I.D, are providing thrills in both worlds right now. We remember 'New Emotion' from their spectacular, packed-to-the-rafters live show in Brighton at The Great Escape in May; a glitzy, 80s referencing pop jam laden with dazzling waves of synth washing over another edgy, attitude-y vocal from Kara.
